Trading pump.fun coins on Photon
Photon was one of the first Solana memecoin terminals. It still trades, at a fraction of its 2025 size, and its fee schedule is not readable from an official source.
Photon is a Solana web trading terminal at photon-sol.tinyastro.io. It does not charge pump.fun's 0.45% Platform Fee, but pump.fun's 1.25% bonding-curve fee applies, and Photon's own fee is not published in a source we could read on 4 Nov 2026. DefiLlama shows it still active, with monthly revenue down about 92% between September 2025 and September 2026.

What Photon is
Photon is a web trading terminal for Solana tokens, one of the first built around pump.fun launches. DefiLlama has tracked its fees since January 2024 and counts about $442M of lifetime revenue, but activity has fallen sharply since 2025 as Axiom, GMGN and others took over. It is still live; the 30-day figures are in the box above.
How to trade pump.fun coins on Photon
- Go to
photon-sol.tinyastro.io. Photon’s real domain is unusual, which makes lookalikes easy; use a link you trust. - Create an account and fund the trading wallet with SOL.
- Find a new pump.fun coin in its discovery views or paste the contract address, set amount and priority fee, and buy.
Fees on Photon
- Photon’s fee: not verified. We could not read an official fee schedule. DefiLlama’s fees divided by its volume came to about 1.1% over the 30 days to 4 Nov 2026, close to the 1% most terminals charge, but that is a measurement, not a published rate.
- pump.fun Platform Fee: not charged. It applies only in the pump.fun app and web.
- pump.fun on-chain fees: charged. 1.25% on the bonding curve; 1.25% falling to 0.30% in the PumpSwap pool after graduation.
Because the fee is unpublished, Photon ranks last on cost in our comparison, alongside Terminal.
Custody and KYC
Not verified. Photon’s site blocks automated reading, so we could not check its wallet model, terms or any KYC step. Treat any wallet it creates as a hot wallet and keep only trading money in it.
Chains and availability
Photon trades Solana only, per DefiLlama. We could not read its terms to tell you which countries it restricts.
Our referral link
Our link opens Photon with a referral attached. Photon’s referral terms are not published where we could read them, so we promise you nothing from it.
Risks
- Most pump.fun coins lose most of their value. Check a coin first.
- Unverifiable terms: no readable fee schedule, wallet model or terms.
- Shrinking venue: falling activity can mean slower fixes and support.

Computed with our fee engine from each app's documented base rate, without referral discounts unless noted. Bonding curve: pump.fun's 1.25% curve fee (0.30% creator + 0.95% protocol) applies on every app. Large graduated coin: the canonical PumpSwap pool at its lowest tier, 0.30% (market cap of 98,240 SOL or more); small graduated coins pay 1.25%, the same as the curve. Platform Fee: pump.fun app and web only, 0.40% with a referral code (pump.fun Fees page, last updated 17 Oct 2026). *fomo on Solana charges a flat $0.95 on orders of $47.50–190 and 0.50% from $190; it also pays your Solana network fee. Jupiter Ultra, the default, charges 0.5% on coins under 24 hours old (assumed for bonding-curve coins) and 0.1% after (assumed for large graduated coins); Manual mode adds no Jupiter fee but leaves slippage to you. Solana network and priority fees, slippage and price impact come on top everywhere and are not shown.
Live figures: DefiLlama, Solana only, refreshed 2026-11-05 20:15 UTC. PumpFYI is independent and unofficial: we are not Photon or pump.fun. If you open Photon through our link we may earn a share of its fees; that does not change what we write or how we order lists (disclosure, methodology).
Questions people ask
What fee does Photon charge?
We could not read Photon's fee schedule from an official source: its site blocks automated access and publishes no docs we could reach. DefiLlama's 30-day fees divided by its Solana volume come to about 1.1%, which is a measurement, not a quote. Check the fee shown before you confirm.
Is Photon still working?
Yes. DefiLlama still records Photon fees on Solana in November 2026, though monthly revenue fell from $4.35M in September 2025 to $0.35M in September 2026. We found no official or press evidence that Photon merged into another terminal.
Does Photon charge the pump.fun Platform Fee?
No. The Platform Fee applies only in pump.fun's own web and mobile apps. pump.fun's on-chain curve and pool fees apply on Photon as everywhere.
