Buying pump.fun coins through Jupiter
Jupiter, Solana's largest swap aggregator, can buy pump.fun coins on the bonding curve with your own wallet. It is often the cheapest route, and it has no referral program.
Jupiter quotes pump.fun coins directly from their bonding curve: on 4 Nov 2026 a Jupiter quote into a live curve coin returned one route leg labelled "Pump.fun". Jupiter's default Ultra mode charges 0.5% on coins under 24 hours old and 0.1% after that; its Manual mode adds no Jupiter fee. pump.fun's 0.45% Platform Fee does not apply, so a $1,000 curve buy costs $17.50 in Ultra or $12.50 in Manual mode, plus network fees. Jupiter's terms exclude US wallets.

What Jupiter is
Jupiter (jup.ag) is Solana’s main DEX aggregator: it looks across Solana’s liquidity, including pump.fun’s bonding curves and PumpSwap pools, and routes your swap to the best price. You connect your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Jupiter’s own extension or mobile app) and sign each swap yourself. It is operated by Block Raccoon S.A.
Many Solana wallets and apps use Jupiter’s routing under the hood, which is why coins that have not graduated are buyable far beyond pump.fun’s own app.
How to buy a pump.fun coin on Jupiter
- Go to
jup.ag(type it; Jupiter’s X account was hijacked in February 2025 to promote fake coins, so do not trust links in posts). - Connect your Solana wallet.
- Paste the coin’s contract address into the “buy” token field. Check the address against a page you trust; names and tickers are copied all the time.
- For the lowest fee, switch from Ultra to Manual mode, set slippage, and swap. Ultra is simpler and handles slippage and fees for you, at 0.5% on coins under 24 hours old.
Fees on Jupiter
| Mode | Jupiter fee on a pump.fun coin | $1,000 bonding-curve buy |
|---|---|---|
| Ultra (default), coin under 24h old | 0.5% | $17.50 |
| Ultra, coin older than 24h | 0.1% | $13.50 |
| Manual mode market swap | none | $12.50 |
| Jupiter Mobile native swap | 0.5% under 24h, 0.2% on most pairs |
The dollar figures include pump.fun’s 1.25% curve fee, which every route pays. After graduation, the PumpSwap pool fee (1.25% falling to 0.30%) replaces it. The pump.fun Platform Fee does not apply on Jupiter. Gasless swaps add the gas cost to the fee and need about $10 minimum.
Custody and KYC
Nothing to custody: you sign every swap from your own wallet and Jupiter never holds funds. No KYC.
Chains and availability
Solana only. Jupiter’s terms exclude wallets in or resident of the United States, plus China, Singapore, Myanmar, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and sanctioned regions. The UK and EU are not named.
No referral link here
Jupiter has no referral program for swaps, so this page has no affiliate link and we earn nothing if you use it. It is on this list because it is one of the cheapest ways to buy pump.fun coins.
Risks
- Most pump.fun coins lose most of their value. Check a coin first.
- Manual mode means you set slippage. Too high and bots can take the difference; too low and the swap fails.
- Wrong token: always buy by contract address, never by name.

Computed with our fee engine from each app's documented base rate, without referral discounts unless noted. Bonding curve: pump.fun's 1.25% curve fee (0.30% creator + 0.95% protocol) applies on every app. Large graduated coin: the canonical PumpSwap pool at its lowest tier, 0.30% (market cap of 98,240 SOL or more); small graduated coins pay 1.25%, the same as the curve. Platform Fee: pump.fun app and web only, 0.40% with a referral code (pump.fun Fees page, last updated 17 Oct 2026). *fomo on Solana charges a flat $0.95 on orders of $47.50–190 and 0.50% from $190; it also pays your Solana network fee. Jupiter Ultra, the default, charges 0.5% on coins under 24 hours old (assumed for bonding-curve coins) and 0.1% after (assumed for large graduated coins); Manual mode adds no Jupiter fee but leaves slippage to you. Solana network and priority fees, slippage and price impact come on top everywhere and are not shown.

Questions people ask
Can Jupiter buy pump.fun coins before they graduate?
Yes. On 4 Nov 2026 Jupiter's swap API quoted SOL into two live bonding-curve coins, each through a single route leg labelled "Pump.fun" that pointed at the coin's bonding-curve account. Graduated coins route through their PumpSwap pool.
What fee does Jupiter charge on new coins?
In Ultra mode, the default, 0.5% for buying or selling tokens within 24 hours of creation and 0.1% on most other swaps. Manual mode market swaps carry no Jupiter fee; you pay network fees and the pools' own fees. Jupiter Mobile has its own schedule, 0.2% on most pairs and 0.5% on tokens under 24 hours old.
Is there a Jupiter referral code?
No. Jupiter's docs say its Rewards Hub referral program has ended and jup.ag has offered no referral links or code field since August 2026. Sites still advertising a Jupiter swap code are out of date.
Can I use Jupiter in the US?
Jupiter's Terms of Use say it does not interact with wallets located in, established in or resident of the United States, among other prohibited localities.
