Trading pump.fun coins on GMGN
GMGN is a multichain memecoin terminal and Telegram bot suite known for smart-money tracking and copy trading. It charges 1%, and its generated wallets cannot export keys.
GMGN charges a flat 1% per trade with no other GMGN fees, and documents no discount for referred users. pump.fun's 0.45% Platform Fee does not apply on GMGN, but GMGN's own docs note that pump.fun's on-chain fee is charged on top, so a $1,000 bonding-curve buy costs about $22.50 in fees. GMGN's docs say private keys of wallets it generates cannot be exported (GMGN docs, checked 4 Nov 2026).

What GMGN is
GMGN (gmgn.ai) is a memecoin trading terminal with a family of Telegram bots. It is known for “smart money” tracking (following wallets that have traded well), copy trading, sniping new launches and X monitoring, across Solana and many other chains.
On Solana alone it collects millions of dollars of fees a month; the live 30-day figures are in the box above. DefiLlama’s all-chain figure is larger.
How to trade pump.fun coins on GMGN
- Go to
gmgn.ai(or its official Telegram bot linked from there). - Sign in. GMGN creates trading wallets for you, or on the web you can connect your own wallet.
- Set up Google Authenticator and a withdrawal whitelist straight away: GMGN locks withdrawals until you do, and you will want them before you need them.
- Deposit SOL, find a coin in the new-pairs view or paste its contract address, and buy.
- To take money out, withdraw on the GMGN website (not in the bot) to a whitelisted address.
Fees on GMGN
- GMGN fee: 1% of each trade, flat. No subscription.
- pump.fun Platform Fee: not charged. It applies only in pump.fun’s own app and web.
- pump.fun on-chain fee: charged. GMGN’s own fee page notes that the launchpad’s fee is charged during the trade; for pump.fun that is 1.25% on the bonding curve and 1.25% down to 0.30% in the PumpSwap pool after graduation.
- Priority and tip fees: you set them (minimum 0.0001 SOL each, maximum 2 SOL); they go to validators, not GMGN.
Custody and KYC
This is GMGN’s biggest difference from the others. Its docs say private keys cannot be exported from GMGN wallets, including wallets you imported. You withdraw through the website with 2FA. Its terms nonetheless say you keep control of your keys. On the web you can avoid the question by connecting an external wallet. GMGN documents no KYC.
Chains and availability
GMGN trades on Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Tron and several newer chains. Its terms prohibit Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria and sanctioned persons, and do not name the US, UK or EU.
Our referral link, and GMGN’s terms
GMGN’s docs pay referrers 10–30% of referred users’ fees and give the new user nothing. GMGN’s Terms of Service (§18.1) say referral links are for personal, non-commercial use and bar publishing them on commercial websites. We link to GMGN anyway because readers ask for it, and we say so here. Using our link costs you nothing extra and gets you nothing extra.
Risks
- Most pump.fun coins lose most of their value. Copying “smart money” does not change that; those wallets also sell into followers. Check a coin first.
- Phishing: in October 2025 SlowMist reviewed dozens of theft reports from GMGN users; it said keys were not leaked, but phished login tokens were used to drain over $700,000 into buy-only pools.
- No key export means GMGN’s withdrawal flow is your only way out of a generated wallet. Set up 2FA and the whitelist first; changing the whitelist triggers a 3-hour withdrawal hold.

Computed with our fee engine from each app's documented base rate, without referral discounts unless noted. Bonding curve: pump.fun's 1.25% curve fee (0.30% creator + 0.95% protocol) applies on every app. Large graduated coin: the canonical PumpSwap pool at its lowest tier, 0.30% (market cap of 98,240 SOL or more); small graduated coins pay 1.25%, the same as the curve. Platform Fee: pump.fun app and web only, 0.40% with a referral code (pump.fun Fees page, last updated 17 Oct 2026). *fomo on Solana charges a flat $0.95 on orders of $47.50–190 and 0.50% from $190; it also pays your Solana network fee. Jupiter Ultra, the default, charges 0.5% on coins under 24 hours old (assumed for bonding-curve coins) and 0.1% after (assumed for large graduated coins); Manual mode adds no Jupiter fee but leaves slippage to you. Solana network and priority fees, slippage and price impact come on top everywhere and are not shown.

Questions people ask
What fee does GMGN charge?
GMGN's docs say it "only charges a 1% handling fee for a single transaction" with no other GMGN charges. Priority and tip fees go to Solana validators, and the launchpad's own fee (pump.fun's 1.25% on the curve) is charged on top.
Does a GMGN referral code give a discount?
GMGN's docs describe a 10–30% rebate for the referrer, rising with referred volume, and no discount for the person who signs up. Any site promising a GMGN code discount is promising something GMGN does not document.
Can I export my GMGN wallet's private key?
Not for wallets GMGN generates: its docs say private keys cannot be exported from any GMGN wallet, including imported ones. Withdrawals go through the GMGN website after you set up Google Authenticator and a whitelisted address. On the web you can instead connect an external wallet.
Is GMGN safe?
GMGN is one of the largest memecoin terminals, but in October 2025 attackers drained over $700,000 from users with phished login tokens, per SlowMist (GMGN said its platform had no security issue). Use 2FA, a withdrawal whitelist and keep only trading money there.
