Where pump.fun coins actually trade

pump.fun is one of many doors to the same coins. Here is every app that trades them, what each one charges you, and how much trading each one does.

Short answer

pump.fun coins trade in three kinds of place: pump.fun's own app and website, third-party terminals and Telegram bots (Axiom, GMGN, Terminal, Trojan and others), and wallets or aggregators such as Phantom and Jupiter. All of them hit the same on-chain bonding curve and PumpSwap pools, so everyone pays pump.fun's 1.25% curve fee; only the pump.fun app and web add the 0.45% Platform Fee (0.40% with a referral code), while other apps charge their own fee, usually 0.5–1%. By 30-day fees on Solana, the largest are Axiom ($23.4M), fomo ($7.90M), Phantom ($4.49M) (DefiLlama, November 4, 2026).

Who gets paid when you use our links. Our pump.fun referral link only pays on trades made in the pump.fun app or website (pump.fun shares 37.5% of the Platform Fee with referrers since 1 Nov 2026), and it gives you the 0.40% rate instead of 0.45%. Any valid code gives that same 0.40%; the code only decides who is paid. Terminals, bots and wallets pay their own referral share, under their own terms, when you sign up through their links. None of this changes the order of any table here: venues are sorted by DefiLlama fees or by documented cost.

Every route pays pump.fun's on-chain fees: 1.25% on the bonding curve, then a PumpSwap pool fee of 1.25% falling to 0.30% as a coin's market cap grows. Costs come from our fee engine. The app you use adds its own fee on top. Lowest $1,000 cost in bold.

Computed with our fee engine from each app's documented base rate, without referral discounts unless noted. Bonding curve: pump.fun's 1.25% curve fee (0.30% creator + 0.95% protocol) applies on every app. Large graduated coin: the canonical PumpSwap pool at its lowest tier, 0.30% (market cap of 98,240 SOL or more); small graduated coins pay 1.25%, the same as the curve. Platform Fee: pump.fun app and web only, 0.40% with a referral code (pump.fun Fees page, last updated 17 Oct 2026). *fomo on Solana charges a flat $0.95 on orders of $47.50–190 and 0.50% from $190; it also pays your Solana network fee. Jupiter Ultra, the default, charges 0.5% on coins under 24 hours old (assumed for bonding-curve coins) and 0.1% after (assumed for large graduated coins); Manual mode adds no Jupiter fee but leaves slippage to you. Solana network and priority fees, slippage and price impact come on top everywhere and are not shown.

How the fees stack

Fee calculator →
  1. pump.fun's on-chain fees are paid by everyone, whichever app you use. Before a coin graduates it trades on a bonding curve (a price formula that rises as people buy) at 1.25%. Graduation costs the coin 0.015 SOL, taken from the curve. After graduation it trades in a PumpSwap pool at 1.25% for small coins down to 0.30% for the largest (market cap of 98,240 SOL or more).
  2. The Platform Fee is pump.fun's app fee: 0.45% of each trade (0.40% with a referral code), charged only in the pump.fun web and mobile apps since 17 Oct 2026. pump.fun's Fees page says it is "not charged on trades placed through Terminal or any third-party interface".
  3. The app's own fee is what a terminal, bot or wallet charges for its interface: 1% on most, 0.85% on Phantom, 0.5% on fomo (Solana orders from $190) and Banana Gun manual trades, 0.5% on new coins in Jupiter's default Ultra mode and nothing in its Manual mode.
  4. Network and priority fees go to Solana validators. You set them in most apps; fomo pays them for you on Solana.

One catch for coins paired with something other than SOL or USDC: pump.fun's Fees page says its own apps and Terminal charge the protocol fee once per multi-hop trade, while interfaces that have not adopted its current program can charge the fee stack on every hop.

Guides to each venue

pump.fun itself

The official web and mobile app: the only place the 0.45% Platform Fee applies.

Web trading terminals

Desktop screens built for fast memecoin trading. Each adds its own fee, usually 1%.

Telegram trading bots

Trade by chatting with a bot that holds a hot wallet for you. Typically 0.5–1% per trade.

Wallets and aggregators

Buy straight from a wallet app, or route through Jupiter with your own wallet.

BullX: trading suspended. BullX stopped trading in its app on 1 June 2026. Wallet functions and withdrawals still work, and bullx.io redirects to its wallet manager. If you still hold coins there, withdraw them to your own wallet. See BullX alternatives.

Comparisons

Before you buy anything: most pump.fun coins lose most of their value, many within hours. Cheaper fees do not make a coin safer. Check a coin before buying, and only use the official sites linked on each venue page: lookalike sites and fake "support" accounts are the most common way people lose wallets.

Questions people ask

Where can I trade pump.fun coins besides pump.fun?

On any Solana app that routes to pump.fun's bonding curve or PumpSwap pools: web terminals (Axiom, GMGN, Terminal, Photon), Telegram bots (Trojan, BONKbot, Bloom, Maestro, MevX, Banana Gun), the fomo app, the Phantom wallet, and Jupiter. A Jupiter quote on 4 Nov 2026 routed straight to a coin's bonding curve through a leg labelled "Pump.fun".

Is it cheaper to trade pump.fun coins outside the pump.fun app?

Usually not. The app adds a 0.45% Platform Fee, but most terminals and bots charge 1%, so a $1,000 bonding-curve buy costs $17.00 in the app against $22.50 on Axiom. Jupiter's Manual mode adds no fee of its own ($12.50 on the same buy) and is the cheapest route if you already have a Solana wallet and set slippage yourself.

Does the pump.fun Platform Fee apply on Axiom or Terminal?

No. pump.fun's Fees page says the Platform Fee is not charged on trades placed through Terminal or any third-party interface. Those apps charge their own fee instead, and pump.fun's on-chain curve and pool fees still apply everywhere.

Does a pump.fun referral code work on Axiom or GMGN?

No. A pump.fun referral code only changes the Platform Fee on pump.fun app and web trades (0.45% to 0.40%). Terminals and bots run their own referral programs with their own links.

Is BullX still working?

No. BullX suspended trading in its app from 1 June 2026; only wallet functions and withdrawals remain, and bullx.io now redirects to its wallet manager.
