Short answer

Terminal, the trading terminal pump.fun bought as Padre in 2025, announced a group feature called Lobbies on 4 November 2026. Members can share calls, buy them quickly, see each other's trades and view lobby profit figures. Terminal did not state any cost, member limits or country rules for it.

What happened

Terminal announced Lobbies on its official X account at 21:14 UTC on 4 November. It describes them as “faster comms & group trading”. The post lists these features:

  • following a friend’s screen
  • sharing calls (posts naming a coin to buy) and buying them quickly
  • lobby profit figures
  • live member trades, shown as bubbles and markers on the chart
  • joining more than one lobby

Its demo video also shows direct messages, alerts set per lobby, filters and tracking of how calls performed. The post presents the feature as available, but we have not tested it, and Terminal published no separate documentation that we could find.

What is not known

Terminal did not say what Lobbies costs, if anything, how large a lobby can be, or exactly what members can see of each other’s wallets and activity. Check what a lobby shares about your trades before you join one.

Nothing in the post changes trading fees. pump.fun’s Fees page says its Platform Fee, 0.45% on app and web trades, is not charged on Terminal. On-chain fees still apply, and Terminal does not publish its own trading fee, so read the fee line before you confirm.

What it means for traders

Group calls carry a specific risk. Someone who posts a call may already hold the coin and gain when others buy, and a quick-buy button leaves less time to check it. A lobby’s profit figure also says nothing about the next trade. Run a coin through our coin check and read how to spot a rug before acting on a call.

Most memecoins lose most of their value. The way a call reaches you does not change that. For how Terminal compares with the pump.fun app, see our comparison.
