Program 1: the Platform Fee share

Since 17 October 2026 every pump.fun app and web trade pays a Platform Fee (what it is). Applying a referral code drops it from 0.45% to 0.40%, and a share flows to the referrer. Under Terms §4.9:

• Codes are usernames. Each user “may have a referral code consisting of that user’s pump.fun username”.
• Existing users can join. You may apply a code “whether or not you have used the Pump Platform before”.
• One per wallet, possibly for good. Only one code per wallet at a time, which pump.fun “may treat as permanent once made”.
• The share is discretionary. It “may be increased, reduced (including to zero) or otherwise changed… including with respect to Referred Users already associated with your Referral Code”.
• Paid on-chain. The share goes to a Referral Vault derived from the referrer’s wallet, withdrawable by that wallet. The first payment may go toward the vault’s network rent.

The share over time: the whole fee during the launch “4x boost” (16 October to 1 November 2026), then 37.5% (“1.5x rewards”) from 1 November. At 37.5% of 0.40%, a referrer earns 0.15% of a referred user’s app volume.

Program 2: the deposit match

The Referral Rewards Program is a budget-capped acquisition promotion for the mobile app:

1. A new user applies the referrer’s code in the pump.fun mobile app.
2. They make their first purchase of crypto through the app’s integrated card or payment provider. This is the qualifying deposit, worth at least US$1. Transfers from another wallet or an exchange don’t count.
3. The deposit sets a match base of its USD value, capped at US$50.
4. Each of their first 5 trading days within 10 releases an installment to both sides: 1/6, 1/6, 1/6, 1/6 and 2/6 of the base. Missed days are forfeited by both.
5. Withdrawing or charging back the deposit before the last installment forfeits the rest.

A referred user who deposits $50 and trades on only one day gets about $8.33, and so does the referrer. The program ends when its budget is spent, and pump.fun can cap any referrer’s rewards.

We don’t share codes for this program. Its terms say referrers must not “post a Referral Code on a website, forum, coupon or deal site”, so a site offering a “FREE $50 code” is breaking them.

Rules every referrer must follow

Both sets of terms bind anyone sharing a pump.fun code, including us:

• Disclose that you earn when someone uses your code.
• No paid ads containing a code or the pump.fun name without pump.fun’s written consent.
• No earnings or profit claims, and nothing false or misleading about fees or rewards.
• No inducements: you can’t pay people or share rewards to get them to apply your code.
• No self-referral: no applying your own code from another wallet.
• Taxes on referral income are the referrer’s responsibility.

Breaking them lets pump.fun stop the share, detach referred wallets and claw back fees already paid. Our own link and disclosure are on the referral code page.
