pump.fun on EVM chains and Robinhood Chain
Trading coins on other chains from the pump.fun app: what it costs, when each chain arrived, and what the app can't show you yet.
The pump.fun app can buy and sell coins on EVM chains, including Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum, without manual bridging. Its Fees page (last updated 17 October 2026) charges 0.10% to 0.15% per EVM transaction, on top of the 0.40–0.45% Platform Fee and the bridge or swap provider's own fee; pump.fun pays the gas. The app's holder, dev-holding, sniper and bundler checks don't cover EVM coins yet, and your EVM wallet has its own private key to back up.
pump.fun started as a Solana launchpad, and its own coins still launch on Solana. Since mid-2026 its app has also let you trade coins on other blockchains that run Ethereum-style smart contracts (“EVM chains”), paying with your app balance instead of bridging by hand.
This page is independent and unofficial, based on pump.fun’s Fees page, its app’s interface text and its weekly newsletter (all read through Internet Archive copies), and on dated news.
Which chains, and when
| Date | What changed | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 26 May 2026 | In-app trading on Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain | Crypto Briefing |
| ~8 Jul 2026 | Robinhood Chain support; pump.fun’s newsletter calls it the first major trading app to support the chain | Crypto Briefing; newsletter #2 |
| 27 Jul–2 Aug 2026 | More Robinhood launchpads integrated; liquidity fixes and warnings on “bad or scam pools” | newsletter #5 |
| 17–23 Aug 2026 | “Crosschain fees were cut to just 0.1%” | newsletter #8 |
| 26 Aug 2026 | HyperEVM (Hyperliquid’s smart-contract chain) live for everyone, traded with USDC | newsletter #9 |
| 14–20 Sep 2026 | Arc chain support | newsletter #12 |
| 21–27 Sep 2026 | Robinhood tokenized stocks tradable via Robinhood Chain, excluding the UK, US, Switzerland and Canada | newsletter #13 |
Robinhood Chain is Robinhood’s own layer-2 blockchain, which pump.fun’s newsletter describes as brand new in early July 2026. Coins traded on it through pump.fun are launched on other launchpads, not on pump.fun.
What it costs
From pump.fun’s Fees page, “EVM transactions” section:
| Charge | Amount |
|---|---|
| pump.fun EVM fee | 0.10% to 0.15% of each transaction’s value |
| pump.fun Platform Fee (app and web trades) | 0.45%, or 0.40% with a referral code |
| Bridge and swap provider | set by the third party, not pump.fun |
| Network gas | paid by pump.fun |
So a $100 buy of a Robinhood Chain coin in the app pays pump.fun $0.55 to $0.60 (or $0.50 to $0.55 with a referral code) before the bridge or swap provider’s cut, plus whatever the coin’s own pool charges. The app shows the amounts before you confirm. Compare with Solana coins on our fees page.
What the app can’t show you on EVM coins
The app’s own help text says holder counts, dev holdings and top-10 holder share “come from the Solana indexer, so coins on Robinhood, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum show —”, and that “snipers and bundlers track Solana launches only”. In other words, the safety strip you rely on for Solana coins is blank for EVM coins. Check holders on the chain’s own block explorer before you buy.
Other gaps:
- Some coin types are mobile-only. The web app tells you when trading a coin “is currently supported on the mobile app only”.
- A separate wallet. The app creates an EVM wallet for your account with “its own private key that is not covered by your Solana backup”. Back it up, or you could lose access to its funds.
- Clones everywhere. Popular names are copied across chains. The top PumpSwap coin on 4 November 2026, XTEN, had several copies on Base. Match the contract address, not the name.
The wider picture
Robinhood Chain memecoins boomed in July 2026 and faded fast. DefiLlama shows Pons V2, the leading Robinhood Chain launchpad, at $12.2M in fees over 30 days to 4 November 2026, with volume down about 90% on the previous 30 days. Lookalike launchpads such as pumpinhood.fun and pumprobin.fun are not pump.fun. See pump.fun vs other launchpads and our official links.
Most memecoins lose most of their value, on any chain.
Questions people ask
How much does pump.fun charge to trade on Robinhood Chain?
Its Fees page says 0.10% to 0.15% of each EVM transaction (Robinhood Chain included), plus the 0.45% Platform Fee (0.40% with a referral code), plus the third-party bridge and swap provider's fees. The app shows the amounts before you confirm, and pump.fun pays the network gas.
Can I launch a coin on Robinhood Chain with pump.fun?
We found no evidence of that. pump.fun's EVM support lets app users trade coins launched elsewhere, such as on Robinhood Chain launchpads; pump.fun's own launchpad is on Solana. Sites like pumpinhood.fun and pumprobin.fun are unaffiliated with pump.fun.
Why does a Robinhood Chain coin show no holders in the pump.fun app?
The app's own legend says holder, dev-holding and top-10 data come from its Solana indexer, so coins on Robinhood, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum show a dash, and its sniper and bundler figures track Solana launches only.
