pump.fun RICO suit: answer filed after court narrows case. An answer to the amended complaint was filed on 15 October 2026 in Aguilar v. Baton Corp. (S.D.N.Y. 1:25-cv-00880), the deadline the court set for pump.fun's operator Baton Corp. and founders Alon Cohen, Dylan Kerler and Noah Tweedale. The court's 31 August 2026 ruling had dismissed every claim against the Solana defendants and all securities and unjust-enrichment counts, leaving only two RICO counts brought by two plaintiffs.
