pump.fun livestreams
Creators can stream video on their coin's page. Here's how it works, its rocky history, and what the rules say.
pump.fun lets coin creators stream live video on their coin's page, under a Livestream Moderation Policy that bans violence, self-harm, sexual content, streamers under 18 and illegal activity. The feature launched around 28 May 2024, was switched off on 25 November 2024 after harmful streams, came back for 5% of users on 4 April 2025 and for everyone on 11 April 2025. pump.fun publishes no usage numbers; on 27 September 2026 its busiest stream had 70 viewers.
A pump.fun livestream is live video attached to a coin’s page. The coin’s creator broadcasts while people trade the coin on the same page. The Live tab gathers the streams that are running, sorted by viewers, with each coin’s market value next to it.
This page is independent and unofficial, based on pump.fun’s own policy page (read through an Internet Archive copy) and dated news reports.
What it’s for
Streams are a promotion tool. A coin with no product depends entirely on attention, and video holds attention. Some streams are a creator talking about their coin; others are stunts. The stream itself doesn’t change anything about the coin’s contract, supply or fees.
pump.fun publishes no usage statistics for streams. An archived copy of the Live page from 27 September 2026 shows the busiest stream at 70 viewers and most at one to three. That’s a single snapshot, not an average.

What the rules ban
pump.fun’s Livestream Moderation Policy (Internet Archive copy of 15 October 2026) says streams with any of the following are “subject to immediate termination and suspension” from livestreams or from pump.fun itself:
- Violence, including content promoting self-harm;
- Harassment and coordinated abuse;
- Sexual content, including pornography and sexual exploitation;
- Streaming by anyone under 18;
- Child sexual abuse material, which pump.fun says it reports to law enforcement;
- Illegal activities;
- Privacy violations, including doxxing;
- Copyright and trademark violations;
- Terrorism or violent extremism.
Beyond that list, the policy says pump.fun doesn’t try to define what’s “appropriate” for everyone. It keeps copies of streams for up to 30 days, may ban users and refer content to law enforcement, and takes appeals through its support link, with pump.fun keeping the final say.
Risks for viewers
- A stream is an advert. A confident creator on camera tells you nothing about who holds the supply or whether they’re about to sell. Check the coin’s holders, dev holdings and bundles before acting on anything said live. Our coin check helps.
- Fake support and links in chat. Never connect a wallet or sign anything because someone in a stream or its chat told you to. See pump.fun scams.
- Stunts for money. pump.fun’s history with streams, and later with GO bounties, shows that paying for attention can reward harmful behaviour. Report it rather than reward it.
Most memecoins lose most of their value, whatever happens on stream.
